Here's the English translation:

Taitung County Government's largest mind-body-spirit healing event, the Taitung Spirit Festival, is launching its "Healing Corner Development Project" for the first time this year, partnering with local businesses and healing practitioners to create new venues for mind-body-spirit experiences. The project will select 15 partner venues to host a combined 120 healing sessions, with each selected venue eligible for subsidies of up to NT$100,000. Through professional consultation and matchmaking support, the initiative aims to extend healing practices beyond the festival itself and into everyday life. An information session for the selection process will be held on March 23 at the first-floor auditorium of the Taitung County Healing Base (No. 423, Bo'ai Road, Taitung City, next to the Social Affairs Department), open to interested venues and healing practitioners.

Magistrate Rao Ching-ling stated that the Healing Corner Development Project centers on partner venues, combining each business's brand identity and spatial atmosphere with local healing practitioners to create complete mind-body-spirit experiences. Beyond financial subsidies, the project offers professional consultation and matchmaking support to help venues plan healing programs, cultivate local healing service capacity, and grow the region's healing economy.

The Social Affairs Department noted that this year's Taitung Spirit Festival features a diverse lineup of slow-living programming, including the Summer Healing Festival, the Celebrity Healing Salon, healing workshops, and mindful slow-travel experiences — inviting the public to slow down and reset their life's rhythm through a variety of experiences, embracing balance between body and mind in harmony with nature.

Taitung County continues to advance the development of its healing industry, inviting healing practitioners and venues to register on the official website's "Healing Practitioners" and "Healing Map" listings to expand cross-sector collaboration and matchmaking opportunities. Building on four years of collaborative experience with local practitioners and venues, this year's program further connects venues with professional resources to elevate the scale and quality of the festival.

Taitung County Government stated that applications for the Healing Corner Development Project will be accepted from now until 12:00 PM on April 10, via email.
