On the first day, we focused on ourselves, beginning with an olfactory exploration and engaging in a dialogue with the forest. We then immersed ourselves in a sound spa, experiencing complete relaxation. Finally, we experienced a childlike innocence and freedom through Sufi whirling.
On the second day, we used crystals to gain awareness of our physical and mental states, purifying and healing ourselves through connecting with them. In the afternoon, we practiced eye yoga to relieve stress and foster a deeper connection with our minds. Finally, to the flow of music and energy, we danced ecstatically, letting go of all constraints and allowing our souls to bloom freely.

【Course Description】
08/29 Fri.10:00-12:00|Island Forest Healing
Walk into the forest, start your journey by smelling the fragrance, and let the smell lead us on a journey of perception using the five senses.
At the outset of the journey, combining the aromas of native plants with forest healing, participants are invited to engage in a private dialogue with nature through their sense of smell. We are small creatures moving through the forest, interacting with natural objects that resonate with our scents. Through play, we and our companions build a "Scented Forest Totem."
In this forest we created with our own hands, we will listen to the sounds of nature, inhale its aromas, and slowly release the accumulated tension and stress in our bodies and minds. Finally, through a single stroke and three words, we will describe the image of our inner forest, allowing this sensory experience to remain not only in our bodies but also deeply rooted in our hearts.
May we all live like a breathing fragrant forest.

The second activity is a sound journey of "returning."
A 90-minute gong bath will transport us into a state of complete, wordless relaxation.
All we need to do is lie down, breathe, and listen. The sound does the rest.
The gong bath is an ancient sound healing practice that uses
the naturally resonant sound waves emitted by large gongs and other healing instruments (such as singing bowls, shakuhachi, and rain sticks) to deeply engage our physical, emotional, and energy fields.
These sound waves penetrate the conscious and subconscious realms, guiding us to release long-accumulated stress and emotions and
assisting the brain in entering a state of relaxation characterized by alpha and even theta waves, creating a profound meditation and energetic reset.
